A chrome-plated 'HMV Room Heater', designed by Christian Barman in 1934, manufactured by HMV Factories, Hayes, Middlesex after 1938, with four stacked blades, fitted with a fan and elements inside, labelled and stamped 'Serial No. H4372', together with an original advertising leaflet, 43cm wide 32cm deep 31cm high Christian Barman (1898-1980) was the editor of 'Architectural Review' and later publicity officer for the London Passenger Transport Board; he was also an influential propagandist for the modern movement.Condition report: With minimal wear.

Star Wars - Kenner - A boxed 1978 Radio Controlled 8" R2-D2 with light and sound. # 38430. The model appears in Excellent condition with its original paper band around it and warning labels, instructions and promotional leaflet are all present. The vendor states that he tested this item before sending it to us and it was fully working. The box is in Fair to Good condition with some creasing and a torn section on the lower face. Stephanie Beacham signed and dedicated theatre leaflet for the production of Elizabeth Rex by Timothy Findley in Birmingham. Beacham began appearing on British television in 1967 and made her big screen debut in the 1970 film The Games, before starring opposite Marlon Brando in the 1971 film The Nightcomers. She was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her role in the NBC sitcom Sister Kate 1989-1990. Her other television roles include Phyl Oswyn in the ITV prison based drama series Bad Girls 2003-2006, Martha Fraser in the long running ITV soap opera Coronation Street 2009, and Lorraine in the Sky One sitcom Trollied 2012.
