A pair of 19th century Parian figures Comedy and Tradgedy, `After WB Kirk` c.1860, tragedy modelled as a standing classical beauty with glaring expression, holding a dagger in her right hand which rest a top of a broken pillar, comedy modelled as a smiling young beauty standing holding a face mask in her left hand by a tree trunk, both on textured rounded square plinth bases, apparently unmarked, height 44 and 44.5cm respectively
