At the time of writing the watch ticks readily, winds to reserve 40, runs to unwound. we have not observed the operation of the self winding mechanism in use, but see the proviso above. The flats on the screw-on back have some scratches and gouges.
A 17th century Spanish-style steel parrying dagger with characteristic long twist quillons, triangular knuckle guard with turned-over border and leather bound grip, the 31.5cm blade with notches and double-edged tip, pierced at the hilt, the knuckle guard bears a scratched date 1693, 42cm overall.
