Each vase of trumpet form featuring central hand painted biblical scene of Abraham preparing to sacrifice his son with dagger on pyre, marked Ge 22 V: 9-13 for Genesis. Covers with scrolled finial and hand painted orange fruit design with scrolled surrounds. One cover with heavy restoration to edges, the other with some loss to paintwork & possible repair to finial. A German Luftwaffe Dress Dagger, by W K of Solingen, 10ins bright steel double edge blade, eagle cross guard, celluloid wire bound grip with alloy pommel, bright alloy scabbard with two suspension rings, 16.5ins overall The weapon presents in good overall condition showing light patination of age. The blade is free from any knicks or chips. The associated decorated aluminium components are in good condition, free from any damage or previous repair.  The composite grip is in fair condition however there are numerous pieces missing and there have been knocks over the years. The wire binding is in good condition, likewise the scabbard. Prospective bidders are strongly advised to study all images closely prior to bidding as they form part of the condition report.

Officers bullion portepee (knot) attached to the grip. Attached to the scabbard is a pair of brocade dress straps with partial deluxe fittings with oakleaves relief. Plain unmaker marked blade. Generally good example. 

Third Reich SA (Sturmabteilung) Dress Dagger by Aug Merten Ww, Solingen G-R, good example with brown wooden grip, nickel silver eagle and enamel SA device. Rear of the cross guard with gau stamp to the far end ‘O-‘, last letter not clear. Anodised scabbard with nickel mounts and single hanging ring. Generally good condition blade with standard motto ‘Alles fur Deutschland’ and makers trade mark to the reverse. Generally good untouched example. 

WW2 No2 Commando Bullion Embroidered Beret / Formation Sign, embroidered bullion wire commando dagger with S S to either side on black cloth backing. Some moth damage to the backing cloth. 

Third Reich SA (Sturmabteilung) Dress Dagger by F Herder A.S, Solingen, untouched example with light brown wood grip, nickel eagle and enamel SA emblems inserted. The lower cross guard mount and top scabbard mount both stamped with the service number of the original owner ’26004’ and gau stamp ‘Nm’ to the reverse of the cross guard. Anodised scabbard with some wear, dents to the bottom chape etc. Blade with standard motto ‘Alles fur Deutschland’ and makers trademark to the reverse. The blade shows some wear, motto worn and blade polished etc. 

Set of WW2 German Luftwaffe 2nd Pattern Dagger Straps, set of deluxe pattern brocade hanging straps with the metal fittings having fine oakleaves relief. Some oxidisation to the metal parts but otherwise generally a good set.

Japanese Dagger Tanto, blade 31.1cms, signed with 3 mekugi ana, squared iron tsuba with some soft metal inlay, tape bound same tsuka, soft metal fuchi kashira, menuki and soritsuna, in its black lacquered saya inlaid with small shapes, soft metal kodzuka handle. Good condition, some age wear, blade cleaned with mechanical tool obscuring details.
