ROBERT THOMPSON OF KILBURN - EARLY MOUSEMAN STOOL. An oak stool with a solid leather seat and supported on octagonal legs joined by rails. An interesting pair of elm seated Arts & Crafts stools, with a triangular shaped curved seat with an incised double circle mark to the centre. Supported on three curved feet and with a knob finial to the base. Stamped with makers marks (difficult to read) and serial number 3744. 48cms high, seat 35cms by 33cms. A large drop flap table, with a light elm top and supported on splayed beech legs, with Ercol stickers underneath (124cms by 112cms fully extended, 72cms high). Also with three Ercol Candestick stick back chairs, marked underneath 1960, 2056 (80cms high). (4). * The table has been used over the years, it has some marks and has faded a little over the years. but overall for it's age it's not too bad. GORDON RUSSELL - COTSWOLD SCHOOL SIDEBOARD. A small sideboard circa 1950-1955 and designed by David Booth, with two large ridged cupboard doors and two drawers above, each with turned wooden handles. With a makers plaque to the back, 'Russell, Broadway', also with stamped mark and number 413. 114cms across, 43cms deep, 89cms high, *Sales material show this sideboard was free of purchase tax, so was probably made just after the Utility period. The Model Number is probably 413 as a similar Model was number 412., *My thanks to the Gordon Russell Design Museum for their help with this. * Condition is reasonable for it's age, various marks and scratches to the top and sides in places. **BP 22.5% inc VAT + Lot Fee of £8
