Cretaceous Period, 145-65 million years BP. A dinosaur tooth, Carcharodontosaurus saharicus from the Tegana Formation of the Sahara Desert, Morocco with some of the serration clearly visible and some good enamel. 16 grams, 64mm (2 1/2"). From the collection of the paleontologist R Gledhill; collected between 1930 and 1960. The Carcharodontosaurus saharicus was one of the largest predators (larger than its distant North American T-Rex cousin) of all time and is related to Allosaurus and the South American Giganotosaurus. Fine condition.

(1898-1932); originally in the collection of the famous James Reynolds Gregory (1858-1898"). This item is part of a historic collection of fossils and minerals which has recently been reviewed by leading geological expert Dr. Ronald Bonewitz. [No Reserve] Extremely fine condition.

A hollow 'boat'-style flag in E3 size with fittings for 3 e-plates on each side, this is the relatively short-lived 1970s style featuring the re-styled 'bullseye', thence known as the 'roundel'. Complete with original e-plate runners and BP number 31675 on the under-side, the flag is is very good, ex-use condition with just a few surface scratches and small chips.
