Two large all porcelain dolls or 'Frozen Charlottes', both with painted hair and faces and with arms outstretched in front of them. Both unmarked, 40cms and 37cms high. *CR: Larger doll, with a crack around the neck. Smaller doll, visible crack to the shoulder of the doll. *BP 22.5% (18.75% plus VAT) plus a lot fee of £8 inc. Circa 1881-1886, with almond shaped brown fixed eyes, closed mouth and applied pierced ears. With a ball jointed composition body and fixed wrists, and with various clothing. Stamped to the back of the neck, 'EJ, with 'C' above, and also stamped on the back, 'Jumeau, Medaille D'Or, Paris'. 16 1/2ins (42cms high). *This doll has passed through the family from the vendors mother who was born in 1913, the doll was known as 'The Queen' and was only allowed to be played with occasionally. *CR: Head seems fine, one ear is a little chipped around the pierced hole. The body, toes on one foot have been damaged and poorly repaired, fingers are a little chipped with paint loss, the the rest of the body has some chips/wear in places. *BP 22.5% (18.75% plus VAT) plus a lot fee of £8 inc. An early 20thc Steiff soft toy of Peter Rabbit, with a blue felt jacket and pair of red slippers. A large doll with weighted brown eyes, open mouth and pierced ears. With a jointed composition body and with its original Bebe Cosmopolite Box, and a wooden outer box. Circa 1905-1910, an early Steiff black and brown Dachshund, with black eyes, stitched nose and swivel head and legs. With a leather collar, and with a Steiff button inside one ear.
