Two pairs of vintage cotton lined curtains of floral design, together with a pair of vintage cotton interlined curtains with duck and duckling decoration to include matching bed covers, etc CONDITION REPORTS The vintage floral pair measure approx 126 cms in length x 126 cms in width, are badly faded to the centre and the edges. Appears to have been clawed and ripped at some point to the reverse and thee stitching is coming away. Has possibly been two curtains made into one due to the scene in the centre - see image. One is a different length half way through - see image. Second pair measures approximately 156 cms in length and 102 cms in width. Both the smaller pairs have a seam across the bottom section. The head cushion with the ducks has got some discolouration and staining throughout. The curtains are badly discoloured to the edges including top and bottom and have areas of discolouration to the bodies and are very stained. They measure approximately 177 cms in length and 73 cms in width

A Regency style mahogany framed settee, with upholstered back, sides and squab cushion in green and beige foliate patterned material and raised on turned tapered reeded legs. Width 198 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This settee is Regency style and not Regency period, hence the estimate. The settee may only be 30 years old at most. The mahogany frame is good quality and in generally good condition with a good colour. There are some minor scuffs and scratches but no structural issues. All joints are solid and the settee is very sound and usable if the upholstery suits. The piece has not been recovered. The upholstery is generally in good condition with only very minor insignificant marks. The braiding is slightly loose in places but all present. There are no holes in the fabric the cushion is down filled.
A late Victorian walnut circular footstool. CONDITION REPORT: The needlework is not original. The needlework is also not old. Stool height excluding cushion 7.5 cm. The stool frame is in generally good condition but with all of the usual scuffs and marks one would expect. The legs are not original but later and all three are loose.
A Chinese influence Edwardian mahogany armchair. CONDITION REPORT: This chair has never been caned. The current mahogany seat base on to which the cushion sits fits the aperture well even though this is unlikely to be original. It is probably a direct replacement for something that was originally there.
A William & Mary oyster veneered cushion framed wall mirror, with original mirror plate. Overall dimensions 64 cm x 56.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The mirror plate does have a shallow bevel. It appears to be undamaged. Clearly the silvering to the mirror plate is showing signs of perishing and the mirror is very dark when looked at. The frame is in generally very good condition and a very good colour. There are the usual stress fractures to the walnut particularly around the mirror plate itself and the outer frame. There are also small nibbles to the top left and right hand corners of the frame but no real significant issues. There is a small veneer loss to the left of the bottom corner of the inner modelled cushion just to the right of the bottom oyster.
An 18ct gold and multi gem necklace, set to the front with a line of alternating pastel shades of cushion shaped cabochon stones thought to be principally quartzes (amethyst, honey-coloured citrine and smoky quartz) and blue topaz, and suspending from the centre a line of three more similar, to a fine flattened curb link back chain, London hallmarks 2016, length 40.5cm, stone set length 14.5cm, length of pendant centre 4.2cm

The musical movement is working.
