Ring Mekanikk - A Norwegian retro 20th century vintage swivel lounge chair, having a bentwood base and armrests with the Ring Mekanikk mechanism supporting the tilting chair frame and having a light brown patchwork leather cushion also being buttoned. The chair is in the manner of Westnofa furniture. 102cm height
dating: Period (1603-1867) provenance: Japan, Wooden saddle lacquered in black and decorated on front and back part with golden and red dragons. The seat with a small, leather, lined and partially gilded cushion. Leather saddle-pad, lined and decorated in gold. Wooden abumi with iron frame, lacquered in black, decorated with dragons en suite with the saddle, red inside. Big, oval, buckle-shaped loop, below mount is pierced. Complete with a pair of big, leather side protections, engraved and lacquered with big dragons. Small damages and parts missing. Mid-19th century, end of Edo period. length sella 36 cm.

dating: Early 19th Century provenance: North America, Leather, lined, cushion-shaped saddle, the border profiled in red. A small cover in the center, the border with remains of red stitching (maybe replaced in the later period). Fabric corners and sides, finely embroidered with small, polychrome beads with floral motifs. Complete with wooden stirrups, covered with leather and leather laces. dimensions 41 x 58 cm.
An egg chair by Arne Jacobsen for Fritzhansen, designed 1958, an original example dating from the early 1960s, in mid-blue wool upholstery with loose seat cushion, on quatreform aluminium swivel base with black plastic caps, original manufacturer's label to base, model no. 0963, 42in. (106.5cm.) high, 34½in. (87.5cm.) wide.
