An Art Deco 'Odeonesque' diamond and ruby ring, the stylized head designed as a tapering arch set with calibre cut rubies and old cut diamonds, continuing to a stepped shoulder with two cushion cut diamonds, all set in white gold to yellow gold shoulders and shank, Egyptian seagull mark and 12ct gold mark, weight 6.2gms (at fault)Condition Report; One of the principle diamonds has a moderate sized fracture running from the table to the facet edge. There appears to be a natural on one of the old cut diamonds. There are no other fractures, chips or losses to any of the other diamonds or rubies. There is some wear to the claw settings around the diamonds, but all the stones appear to be secure. The setting and shank are heavily scratched and generally worn, but there is no signs of splitting or repair. The hallmarks on the shank are heavily worn, and not all are legible. Please note: The shank is quite heavily denting/misshapen, and therefore we cannot provide an accurate ring size. Currently it measures as a size O, but this could change with repair.

This is a natural fracture of the diamond and was left when the diamond was cut. As a lot of diamonds of this period, it is not symmetrical. There is no wear or damage to the bale - safe to wear.
