A Rolex cushion cased 9ct gold gentleman's manual wrist watch, 1930s, the circular 21mm. silvered dial signed 'Rolex', with black Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial at six, in a 28 x 27mm. tonneau shaped cushion case, on replaced 9ct gold and leather strap.* Condition: Watch winds and runs. Dial is clean but there are some scuffs and scratches to the silvering showing bright metal beneath, which are most noticable at an angle to light. The glass has some old superficial scratches but they are not unsightly. Case has a small flaw (a small hole in the metal) at the lower right corner - possibly evidence of an old repair. There are some old, small polished-in scratches elsewhere. Case back free of dings or dents - just light surface scratching. Case edge joint just to right of crown has some small nicks from use of an opening tool. Winding crown is not marked and is gold plated - the plating is quite worn. Strap later and in fair condition - evidence of heavy wear.

Light scratching to bezel and bracelet. Not working - requires a new battery. Case and document wallet in fair condition, with some wear to edges and scratches to lid. One corner of lid lifting. Lacks inner cushion. Outer box has ink writing to lid.
