Chinese famille rose porcelain plate decorated along the interior with a blooming flower, 18th century. Decorated along the rim with three sprigs of flowers, a dragonfly, a praying mantis, and a beetle.Diameter: 9 in.Condition: Overall, the item has no visible cracks or losses. No major chips; there are minute chips along the rim and footrim. Light wear throughout as expected from age and use. There are a few scattered areas where the coloration has faded over time; there are losses to gold gilding as shown in the listing image. Throughout the item, there are a few scattered minute blue spots that appear to be original. Along the underside, the footrim has an adhesive spot, measuring 1/2 inch. The underside has wear, consistent with age and use. No visible signs of restoration under UV light.
Pair of Chinese Qianlong famille rose octagonal plates, 18th century. Decorated with peacocks and blooming flowers with a border of hibiscus and lotus flowers.Each, diameter: 9 in.Condition: No major chips, cracks, or losses. Wear throughout. Throughout both items, the coloring has faded as shown in the listing image, consistent with age and use. Minute chips along the rim and footrim. To the center left of the plate captured left in the listing image, there is an area with adhesive residue which can be easily cleaned; to the right margin, there is a light crack to glaze, measuring 1 in. To the underside of the plate capture right in the listing image, there is a dark minute spot; see the listing image. In addition, to the center of the underside, there is an original glazing flaw. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible sign of restoration. No visible overspray. Wear along the underside.

Group of three 20th century Chinese porcelain objects including a lidded cup and two plates. The plates are painted with elegantly dressed figures; one plate with an inscription or poem along the top of the plate. The cup decorated with flowering branches. Each plate marked along the underside with an inscription indicating production in Jingdezhen. The cup with a four-character Qianlong mark along the underside.Lidded cup; height: 3 in x diameter: 3 1/2 in. Plates, each; diameter: 8 1/2 in.Condition: Overall there are no visible chips, cracks or losses to the lidded item and the plate with the figure holding a fan. There is a minute uneven area along the rim but it appears to be original on the plate with the drawing figure; there is a minute chip along the rim. The footrim of each plate has three drill holes; please see the listing image. There are a few scattered areas with original firing flaws, particularly along the interior of the lidded item. There is discoloration along the rim where the cup and lid meet. There is discoloration along the foot rim. There are two areas of adhesive residue along the top of the lid, visible under UV light. There is no restoration visible under UV light.

Four late 18th century near matching porcelain saucer dishes, probably A & E Keeling, pattern 233, in the Chinese palette, rock & fence pattern, decorated with famille rose style enamel sprays, and another. (5) (a/f) One plate damaged (in multiple pieces) and chip to rim of another. Prominent crazing to the centres of all plates. Hairline crack visible on one plate. Age fading to polychrome decoration mainly to one example.
Various Chinese and Oriental porcelain to include Qing Dynasty examples, with Ming style Doucai tea bowl decorated with polychrome dragons, Kraak style tea plates, etc. largest 12cm diameter.
