Large crack through half the plate. Another smaller hairline and scratches and wear.
A carved Chinese hardstone figure on a rocky base, ht.16cm., a carved soapstone group of two vases with monkeys and birds, and a UNICEF “Children of the World” plate. Also a ceramic “Mary had a little lamb” figure, ht. 13cm. , a blanc de chine miniature of a child with garland, ht.6cm. and a ceramic open two handled pot, 6cm. diameter.
A Spode part dessert service, pattern no 2630, Chinese famille rose style, comprising ten shaped dishes, two tureens with covers and stands and twenty-four plates/see illustration Condition Report: One shaped dish cracked and crudely re-stuck throughout. One plate re-stuck section to back and front in same area, approx 3cm in length One plate badly broken in many places and crudely re-stuck and a section lacking at rim. One plate with hairline crack to underside of rim. One tureen with large crack/broken re-stuck running through centre of bowl. Stand badly broken and some sections re-stuck. Overall with some wear and minor losses to gilding, predominately to handles and rims.

An 18th century Chinese Imari charger, decorated in the Imari palette with a central basket issuing flowers and foliage, all heightened in gilt, unmarked verso, dia. 35cm; together with one other decorated in the landscape and fence pattern, with label verso for May & Son, 61 Temple Road, Birmingham, dia.35cm (2) Condition Report / Extra Information Left hand plate - no chips or cracks, some light craquelure to glaze, significant paint wera to reds and gilt wear all over. Right hand plate - old chip to inside of footrim, rim chip at 2 o' clock, major handling wear most noticeably to gilt and reds, very little gilt still apparent.

Some giltwear, especially to inner rim and flower head at 3 o'clock. Gilt to flat rim generally good and complete.

An early 19th century Chinese blue and white plate, decorated with fence and buildings, late 9th century Chinese blue and white plate, Imari lidded jar and pair of Satsuma vases. Tallest 32 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The small plate has numerous very small glaze nibbles all around the edge of the rim. None of these are large but they are visible and rough to the touch. The larger plate is in good condition simply very dirty.
An 18th century Chinese charger, polychrome, decorated with flowers and branches. Diameter 39 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This charger has had some restoration. There is evidence of overpainting on the rear of the plate in two sections. The smaller area of repair appears to be covering a hairline crack and this is more visible on the reverse of the plate than the front. The larger area of repair is across one of the blue & white panels on the edge of the plate. There appears to have been a semicircular break here and it looks as if the broken section has been broken into approximately 6 pieces which have been re-glued, re-painted and then oversprayed.
A late 19th/early 20th century Chinese Famille Verte charger, decorated with warriors and rural scenes. Diameter 55 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This plaque appears to be in extremely good condition. We can see no evidence of any damage, repairs or restoration. There is some rubbing to the gilding but other than this no significant issues. The plaque does have a plate hanger and we are unable to see beneath the edge clips but we do not think there are any chips.

A set of nine Chinese export armorial plates made for the Portuguese market, Qianlong, circa 1775, each painted in green and gilt with a central group of tied flowers beneath the enamelled coat of arms of Joaquim Inacio da Cruz Sobral, the border suspended with green and gilt flower swags, (a.f), 22.5cm.diameter.
