18th century Chinese export armorial teapot and cover, circa 1755, of globular form, painted in enamels with coat of arms of Lancaster impaling Griffin, with gilt chain borders and enamel floral sprigs to lid, 18.5cm. The Lancaster family lived at Crackhouse, Cumberland and Raynhill, Lancashire. The Griffins are from Northamptonshire, Braybrooke in Warwickshire and London - from whom descend Lord Braybrooke. This teapot and tea caddy was sold in The Henry Farnham Burke sale in 1913 for 4½ guineas. Reference Howard Q3, page 545 CONDITION REPORT Crack to handle towards uppermost point which runs round entire handle. Slight losses to spout end. Large frit to glaze on knop. Bright enamels. Some wear to gilding, otherwise original condition
Victorian silver bowl of circular form, with crimped flared rim and embossed wrythen decoration (London 1891), together with a late Victorian silver pepper of cauldron form, with embossed foliate decoration and detachable shaped cover (Birmingham 1895) and an unusual 1930s silver wine label in the form of a scoop, with suspension chain (Birmingham 1931). Interesting Tibetan silver teapot of small proportions, with chased and engraved foliate decoration, the spout in the form of a mythical beast swallowing a fish and the handle similar, but with its tongue out, separate domed and fluted cover with foliate finial and secured to the main body by a chain, Bhutan, late 19th century. All at approximately 8ozs, 12cm overall height CONDITION REPORT General overall condition very good. Surface decoration clear. Some minor distortion to ears, whiskers, etc. Base of handle where it joins body appears to have been repaired but this may have taken place during manufacture. No other signs of major damage or repair
George V silver trinket box of oval form, with hinged cover with chain-link border and inset tortoiseshell panel with silver classical garland and foliate decoration, on four foliate scroll feet, velvet-lined interior (Birmingham 1919), Mappin & Webb, 12.5cm across CONDITION REPORT General overall condition very good. Some surface wear and scratching. Minor pitting. Hinged cover is slightly distorted but fits. Tortoiseshell has surface pattern and two marks to the left of the inlay. Interior dirty surface with silver polish. No visible signs of major damage or repair. Marks clear

A Victorian yellow metal hollow Fleur-de-Lys design brooch, finely engraved and set with almandine garnets (6), and untested green stones (3). Pendant dropper to base also set with a green stone. Fine snake link chain to each side. Overall dimensions 65cm x 42cm. Oval hair compartment to back with glass. Approximate weight 11.5gms. Brooch bears a Victorian registration mark.

Necklace with three fobs. A yellow metal ornately cast chain, formed from pairs of rectangular links, 6.5mm gauge, 80cms long and fitted with a swivel fastener hallmarked 9 carat yellow gold. Attached to the chain are three yellow metal seal fobs, all having reeded fluted supports and set with intaglio carved hardstones. Two set with cornelian - one having a monogram and the other a rampant lion crest, the third having a monogram carved into a white agate. All seals suspended from the chain by split rings. Approximate weight of chain excluding fobs 75gms.
