A well-engineered 1 inch scale model of a 'Minnie' agricultural traction engine, built by the late Mr Dennis Osmond of Enfield to the L C Mason design from Reeves of Birmingham castings, the silver soldered copper boilers having fittings including steam pressure gauge, water sight glass, regulator, direction control quadrant and other usual fittings. The boiler supporting single cylinder with safety valve, open balance crank motion, spoked flywheel and worm and chain steering, coal bunker and fair-leads with wire winch. The model finished in green, red and black livery with polished brass boiler bands and strakes spoked wheels with polish brass wheel hubs. Length 42cm.Boiler History: No boiler history available.* These models are documented in the Model Engineer Volumes 135-136.

The steam chest cover bearing cast panel 'Chas Burrell & Sons Limited Manufacturers, Thetford England No 4032. The traction engine fitted with belly water tanks, solid disc flywheel, worm and chain steering, back wheel winch drum with associated fairlead. Graduated quadrant with direction control lever, re-cycling water pump and many other usual features. The model finished in grey, red and black livery with detailed bolt and rivet-work, brass capped chimney, checker plate drivers steps and having spoked and straked wheels.Boiler History: No boiler history available. A STATIC DISPLAY MODEL FOR A LARGE FRENCH FRIGATE OF 48-GUNS, CIRCA 1800, POSSIBLY BY A DOCKYARD APPRENTICEthe carved boxwood hull copper sheathed below the waterline, ebonised wales, red-lined gun ports with brass guns, chain plates with deadeyes, female bust figurehead, carved quarter galleries and stern with fleur-de-lys, planked and pinned deck with fittings including belaying rails with pins, capstan, well deck with belfry, compass, doubled helm, glazed saloon lights, gratings, companionways, bound cut-away masts and bowsprit, loosely mounted on wooden cradle stand -- 9 x 17in .
