Bianca Maria Raffaella Courcheval it Night, 2025 Acrylic on paper Signed on Verso 10 x 15cm (3¾ x 5¾ in.) About Bianca Raffaella (b 1992, London) Working from memory and sensory cues rather than direct observation, Bianca Raffaella is a British artist and activist currently based in Margate. As a partially sighted artist, her ephemeral floral and figurative paintings draw viewers into her world by capturing fleeting moments suspended in persistent vision, where her sight is in constant motion, and images appear only briefly as faint shadows or flickers of light. Raffaella's ongoing series of textural flower paintings evoke the artist's experience of beauty in braille, which was how she first learned to read and write. Raffaella relies on touch in her painting process. Never losing contact with the canvas, she blends delicate hues of blue, beige, and dusty pink until they become an ethereal impression, cloudy details made with fingertips, brushstrokes or scrapes of a palette knife. Graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in 2016, Bianca Raffaella was the first registered blind student to graduate from Kingston University with a degree in the Visual Arts. Since completing her 2023/4 residency at the Tracey Emin Artist Residency (TEAR), Raffaella now works from TKE Studios, where she uses gestural fragments and impasto techniques to capture motion and visual shifts on the canvas. In 2021, Raffaella's work was selected for the Royal Academy of Arts' Summer Exhibition, coordinated by Yinka Shonibare, followed by her solo exhibition, Hushed Impressions, at Orleans House Gallery in 2023. She was also awarded the NatWest Entrepreneurship Funding Prize in 2019 for her bespoke sensory fashion label. An advocate for accessibility in the arts, Raffaella has shared her insights as a speaker at the Goethe Institut's Beyond Seeing project and as a panellist at Tate Modern's Please Touch the Art talk. Most recently, she was selected by Dame Tracey Emin for Flowers Gallery's 2024 Artist of the Day series, presenting a one-day solo exhibition as part of the programme's 25th edition. Registration – EP07 DZRChassis No. – JMZNC18F600131720M.O.T. – February 2026Odometer – 71,500The Mazda MX-5, of course, needs no introduction but perhaps the Z-Sport Edition does. This UK only special edition was limited to just 400 units, was based on the top specification 2.0 Sport model and originally sold for £19,995. ‘EP07 DZR’ is one of just 322 models thought to remain and is being offered here with no reserve. ‘EP07 DZR’ has much going for it, too. Just three owners to date and a sensible mileage of 71,500 miles covered. What’s more there is a solid service history recorded and an advisory free MOT in place until February 2026. All in all, this is a rare, limited edition MX-5 with a great provenance and diligent service history. Definitely one for the connoisseur. The Z-Sport Edition started with the UK’s top specification 2.0 Sport model as its basis and was inspired by the Japanese “Blaze” Edition. The Sport already boasted a 6-speed gearbox, Bilstein suspension and a limited slip differential. Externally the Z-Sport added a unique Radiant Ebony Mica livery, clear indicator lenses and a sublime and unique set of 17-inch multi spoke BBS alloy wheels. ‘EP07 DZR’ exhibits all these exterior refinements with the vendor rating both bodywork and paintwork as “good.” The Z-Sport cabin added Stone coloured leather upholstery with heated front seats, alloy pedals and stainless steel MX-5 inscribed scuff plates. This bright and well equipped interior earns an “excellent” rating and also features climate control and a six speaker audio system. The mechanical specification of ‘EP07 DZR’ remains that of the 2.0 Sport model. That consist of the 1,999cc, four cylinder, four valves per cylinder MZR engine producing 160 bhp and 188 NM of torque. In original order that was good for a 130mph plus top speed and 0-60 mph in under eight seconds. The Bilstein suspension and limited slip differential helped ensure that this range topping MX-5 retained the model’s reputation for peerless on road dynamics. In summary:· A limited edition model from just 400 ever made· Offering a range of unique Z-Sport features and attributes· Together with a full service history and ample additional paperwork

This rare example is finished in British Racing Green with an Oatmeal leather interior. It was formerly fitted with a 3.8S engine but now has a 4.2 XK engine and an XJS Getrag five-speed manual gearbox. It was previously owned, restored, and substantially upgraded by an ex-Jaguar service manager over the last 24 years. Fitted and upgraded with electronic power steering, electronic ignition and a refurbished modern leather interior. Its last owner had the car since 1999 and there have only been three former keepers. It is equipped with HIF carbs, manual choke, electronic ignition, alternator, hi-torque starter motor, stainless steel exhaust, alloy radiator and electric heater pump. It is also fitted with electronic power steering with adjustable assistance, limited slip differential, uprated suspension and was subject to a bare metal respray some years ago. The interior was refurbished in Oatmeal leather, with modern front seats and custom console. Other works included four inertia reel seatbelts, suede roof lining, LED interior and dash lights, refurbished Walnut dash with integral cupholders, instruments, electronic speedo, voltmeter, tacho and clock. It has a wooden steering wheel, Vicma door mirrors, USB sockets, Cibie headlamps and Pioneer four speaker DAB stereo with hands free capability. The present owner recently took the car to Julian Ferraro Jaguar in Salisbury and had the engine and gearbox removed owing to a head gasket which had gone. They transferred ancillaries to a replacement 4.2 litre XJ6 engine which was said to have done 46,000 miles. Amongst certain works a replacement steering box and steering idlers were fitted, aluminium radiator repaired, engine and gearbox refitted, refit engine, new clutch kit, tuned and road tested. A receipt is available showing the cost of this work at £6,500. The vendor says it has transformed the car which is now ready for the road again. The owner then sourced some new steel wheels, tyres and hub caps plus chrome wheel trims. We are told the speedometer is currently not working but the vendor is going to endeavour to rectify this prior to auction. This is a handsome luxury British saloon which after recent mechanical works, is now ready to be fully enjoyed.
