'MACKEZIE' INDUCED CURRENT COIL, with electro-magnetic interrupter and wet cell or dry cell (missing) in a polished wooden case. Rotary switch for primary and secondary circuits, and rotary switch over a number of stud to increase the 'intensity' of the current. Label: 'Verity's Electrical Supplies, 31 King Street, Covent Garden, London WC'. c1890. Early machine reflected in poor condition with replacement lid adapted to take two terminals (old work).
