Cogswell & Harrison 10 bore hammer shotgun, 32" Damascus barrels, 2 5/8" chambers, rib marked "Cogswell & Harrison, 223-224 Strand, London", action and hammers with floral and acanthus scroll engraving, locks also marked "Cogswell & Harrison", rotary under lever, double trigger, 14 1/2" straight handed stock. NOTE - This gun is an obsolete calibre due to chamber length. There is also a hole in the right hand barrel. Cogswell & Harrison were at this address between 1863-1879. OBSOLETE CALIBRE - NO LICENCE REQUIRED
