A pair of 19th Century Imperial Stone China "Tripoli" pattern meat plates of shaped oval outline decorated with floral sprays in the Imari palette within blue borders, 50 cm wide CONDITION REPORTS Meat plate 1 - general wear and scuffs, and crazing, some stains, scratches, some flaking and losses to decoration, has a very dull hollow sound when tapped, faults and hairline cracks very likely although do not appear obvious to the naked eye. Meat plate 2 - overall wear, stains and scuffs, some scratches and losses to decoration, chips to rim, and also has very dull sound when tapped so faults or hairline crack likely, although not obviously apparent to the naked eye.
A mid 19th Century Staffordshire dessert service in the Rococo Revival taste, comprising a pair of twin handled tureens on stands with domed covers and bud finials, a tazza, four square twin handled plates, four similar oval dishes, four matching circular plates and twenty-three dessert plates, each decorated with polychrome floral sprays within elaborate blue, yellow and gilt decorated scrolling borders, painted mark in red "4203" CONDITION REPORTS All with some light wear and some scuffs / scratches, wear to gilding to inner rim and some firing blemishes to reverse. The four square dishes - all with some wear to gilding to inner rim, one dish with crazing / hairline to handle, one dish with underglaze scuff to reverse, one dish with hairline crack to rim and crack has browned/discoloured (see photo). Tazza - some scuffs and scratches to painted decoration, some wear to gilding, there is no number marked to the base of this piece. Two small covered tureens with integral stands - some light wear to gilding, firing blemishes to the interior, potting of lids is slightly mis-shapen and there are firing cracks/faults, overall some blackened blemishes to the glaze and some minor scuffs. Other items all appear to be generally in reasonably good condition with the following exceptions - four plates fairly heavily worn to gilding and some wear and scratches to painted decoration, most plates with wear, especially to inner gilding, with areas of the gilding rubbed away. Colour of gilding to some items is slightly darker/more copper in colour than others. One plate has a faint written inscription to surface of back. Footrims have varying degrees of blackening / firing blemishes and undersides with some firing blemishes. Oval dishes with handles - one with roughness and firing blemishes to back, all with some slight wear and with some wear to gilding.

All with some chips and crazing, some staining. Most items cracked. Base of tureen missing (is currently on a plated dish). Supper dish finial broken off and missing. Potting irregularities. All plates with cracks and/or chips. Seven soup plates cracked. One supper dish cracked.
A 19th Century composite dinner service by Copeland & Garratt, Spode and Spodes Newstone decorated in the Japanese taste with prunus trees within floral orange and gilt decorated borders with gilded rims comprising seven various oval shaped dishes, two further oblong dishes, eighteen meat plates, sauce boat and cover on stand, dessert plate, various impressed printed and painted marks CONDITION REPORTS All with wear, scuffs and some wear and losses to gilding, crazing and stains, some with cracks and damage including to one large platter, one small platter, small tureen stand, the body of the tureen, shallow medium sized oval dish, one dinner plate (all the above-mentioned with various cracks, stains, etc.), some small frits and chips, plus small side plate with large chip to rim.
A Copeland Spode porcelain dessert service comprising tazza, three pedestal dishes and seventeen dessert plates, each painted with a named view, to include "Meeting of the Waters at Killarney", "On the Dee", "Doune Castle", "Lake of Killarney", "Bothwell Castle", "Bala Lake", "Skelwith Bridge", "Loch Nagar", "Stonebyres Lynn", "High Tor, Matlock", "Harlech Castle", "In the Pass of the Trossachs", "Loch Katrine" and others, within lobed cobalt decorated borders highlighted in gilt with wavy rims, printed marks, tazza 9 cm high, plates 20.5 cm diameter CONDITION REPORTS All items in the lot has some light wear throughout with some light surface rubbing to the glaze and to the raised areas on the blue glaze. There are some small surface scratches to the decoration and on a couple of the plates one or two slightly deeper small scratches. The underside show general wear and rubbing conductive to age.
