A group of five late 19th/early 20th century Staffordshire figures to include poacher with rabbits, gun and gun dog, a couple dancing at Harvest Festival, two model houses with bocage decoration and a Greek couple playing musical instruments decorated with bocage, height of tallest 41cm (5). CONDITION REPORT Age-related wear to all of the pieces in the form of some crackle to the glaze, various hairline cracks. The model of the poacher has had his head broken off and reglued and there are small areas of bocage missing.
* BSA improved model D cal 22 under lever air rifle, marked to the top of the cylinder marked The BSA Air Rifle (improved model D, The Birmingham Small Arms Co Ltd, sole manufacturers), with a 19 1/2" barrel. Overall length 45". Marked to the rear of the air cylinder Pape Newcastle and with BSA three gun trade mark to the stock as well as a white button. Serial No. 32446.
