A late 19th century Worcester oil lamp, with Hinks Duplex burner, etched glass shade. Height including chimney 62 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The shade is in good order with no issues. The chimney is in good condition as is the burner. The mechanism appears to operate. The reservoir has had professional restoration with overspray being visible on the outside of the bottom half of the reservoir. Looking at the piece from the inside this would appear to be covering a series of hairline cracks rather than any more severe damage. The base is in good condition generally with only minor rubbing to the gilding. The brasswork is generally clean.
