An early 20th century onyx alabaster oil lamp, in the form of a column, with a glass font and etched shade, 80cm high overallCondition report: Overall complete but dirty. Reservoir looks intact with no cracks and unscrews from the base. A glued break to one corner of the onyx. Brass is tarnished. Weighted base has been painted black on the underside.
A red and clear glass oil lamp shade, of lobed shape, etched with flowers, 19cm highCondition report: Aperture 10cm diameter. No damage except for some fine chips around the aperture and light surface marks. The top has been cut down, so is quite rough. Dirty. Looks to date to circa 1900 in style.

The central clear glass fluted column having cut back turquoise blue glass and all raised on a large bronze acanthus leaf pedestal circular base. Complete with a Lampe Veritas oil burner with frosted shade and flume. Measures approx; 87cm tall.

Measures approx; 45cm.Provenance; originally consigned from Tredean House: Tredean House, Devauden, Monmouthshire is a country house dating from 1901-02. It was designed in an Arts and Crafts style by the architect Arthur Jessop Hardwick.
