A Japanese Imari bottle vase lamp, 19th century, with vignettes of buildings in a landscape and vases of flowers, amongst flowerheads and scrolling foliage, on a stepped circular giltwood base, with pleated shade, 43.5cm high It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that electrical items are professionally rewired for use.Condition Report: The bottle vase appears to be in good overall condition with no signs of damage. The giltwood base and cap are in good condition with light general wear including scratches, the brass electrical fittings are moderately tarnished. the lamp has wiring and a European plug socket but has not been tested for working capability, we do not guarantee the working condition of any electrical item offered for auction, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure electrical items are professionally rewired for use. The shade is in good overall condition with some light staining. The shade is adjustable but the screw to fasten it is lacking, the total height of the lamp inclusive of the shade at the tallest point is approx. 80cm.

A Mid-Century Art Deco style 'mushroom' shaped table lamp, having domed opal white shade with chrome banding, central chrome stem with cable wrapped around, all encased in s clear perspex cylindrical support, on chrome circular footed base (with felt underneath), with flick metal switch to base and cable from base, approx. 47cm high x 31cm wide. Further details: untested; cylindrical clear perspex surround moving but attached; some slight scratching to chrome areas; general wear but overall good condition.
