A German Silver-Gilt Brandy-Bowl, by Neresheimer, Hanau, Circa 1900, in the 17th century Dutch style, lobed oval and on conforming foot, with grotesque capped scroll handles, 21cm long, 9oz 11dwt, 297grCondition report: Marked near rim with pseudomarks. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the gilding, which is very pale in places. There is an area of abrasion on the lower body.
