A 19th century scrimshaw decorated powder horn, inscribed with a depiction of a bachic woman holding a Union Jack whilst seated on a barrel of brandy, above Royal coat of arms and panel beneath ‘Wm. Kerby IVth King’s Own Regimt’, with fully rigged ship to the lower edge, also decorated with kangaroo, mermaid and floral motifs, 41cm long.
A George III silver wine label, with maker`s mark only, M.B for Margaret Binley, London circa 1770, slender rectangular form, incised `WHITE WINE`, length 4.4cm, plus a George III silver wine label, by Ebenezer Coker, rectangular form, feather-edge border, incised `WHITE WINE`, plus a modern `BRANDY` label. A George III provincial silver wine label, struck twice with maker`s mark ST, possibly for Chester circa 1790, tentatively attributed to Stephen Tillinghast of Liverpool, scroll form, bright-cut border, incised `BRANDY`, length 4.7cm. A set of four matching Georgian Bristol Green Onion Shape Decanters c. 1820, each decorated with a gilt band to neck and gilded floral and foliate cartouche, inscribed respectively Gin, Brandy, Whisky and Rum, with original metal, mother of pearl and cork stoppers, correspondingly inscribed, ground pontils, height 18cm. A pair of Victorian flash decorated Straight Sided Spirit Decanters with one high neck ring, slice cut neck, shoulder printies and basal petal cutting, each with a yellow flashed and etched label for `Gin` and `Brandy`, with hexagonal diamond cut stoppers, height 31.5cm., one with chip to rim and stopper.
