A collection of vintage retro 20th century Bristol Blue cobalt glass drinking glasses to include flutes, goblets, brandy glasses and an unusual 20cm stemmed wine glass. Good Condition. The large majority of the glasses being marked 'Bristol' with some having further markings for S. Baker or being marked with BBCS. Overall good condition.

AN EXTREMELY RARE GEORGE I PROVINCIAL SILVER COFFEE POT, by Benjamin Brancker, Liverpool, c.1725, of tapering cylindrical “lighthouse” form with moulded rims, the hinged domed lid surmounted by a compressed knop finial, the scroll-form spout opposed by a wooden scroll handle, marked to underside of both the base and cover with makers mark BB struck twice and STER over LING twice. 23cm high, 20.7 troy ounces grossNotes: Benjamin Brancker, who is known to have been working in Liverpool from the early years of the 18th century, was succeeded in business by his son John in 1734. Other examples of work bearing Brancker's mark include a brandy saucepan, circa 1720 from the collection of Mrs. Elizabeth and the late Dr. Edward F. Rosenberg, Christie's, New York, 10 December 1986, lot 111; and a teapot, circa 1720, illustrated in Michael Clayton, Christie's Pictorial History of English and American Silver, p. 124, no. 2
Cambrian Railway station platform lamp with paper lamp tablet TREFEINON. In original condition with oval brass plate CAM RY on reducing cone, correct reservoir plated CAM RY and brandy glass shaped glass which has a small chip at the bottom. A wonderful and rare survivor from this small halt between Talyllyn Junction and Talgarth. Stands 22in tall.

A George III glass triple ring neck decanter, probably Irish, height 20.5cm, together with an etched glass decanter, engraved 'Brandy' and two other decanters (4).Condition report: Lot 1049The Georgian triple ring neck example lacks its stopper and the later pourer has the cork stuck inside, no damage, some old staining internally.The Brandy decanter is 19th century and has a replacement stopper, no damage.The larger square decanter, also 19th century has a later stopper, worn gilt star decoration to the rim and a tiny chip to one of the angles.The example with the heart shape stopper is early Victorian, the stopper is possibly original and has two small chips and primitive etched decoration, no obvious damage.Extra images on website.
