THREE ASSORTED BRITISH RAILWAYS UNIFORM CAPS, all black with vinyl tops and plastic peaks, one with 'Engineman S.R.' badge, one has no badge and the other a B.R. totem British Railways in gold lettering on red background, all marked inside J. Compton Sons & Webb, one 7 1/2, one B.R. 1960 7 and the other B.R. 1955 6, all have marking and wear, with a pair of British Railways Bib & Brace Drill Trousers, size 8 (unused) and a similar jacket (5)
Scarce WW1 British 08 Webbing Webley Pistol Belt Set, consisting of the special pattern belt stamped MECO 1918 and inked “NX 484 A FENTON”. 08 pattern webbing brace straps with MECO 1918 and brace attachment straps with the stampings not clear. Open top pattern brown leather Webley pistol holster complete with securing strap. 1917 dated 08 pattern leather ammunition pouch. The set remains in very good condition and is scarce to find. This actual set is illustrated on page 124 of the reference book “Campaign 1915” by Chris Pollendine.

Pair of Geoge III Etruscan style mahogany and caned hall chairs, in the manner of Gillows, with caned back and seat on X-frame reeded understructure with boss ornament NB: A similar example dated circa 1810 in Ickworth House, SuffolkCondition - Caning to both seats slightly loose, one back with small damage to caning. Moulded element (covering caning) to rear of one chair is missing, same chair has splits to rear seat rail, old screw repair to rear seat rail (screws to underside), very old brace repair to Underside of x frame support. Some minor losses to extremities, generally original condition with minor damage, wear and repair commensurate with agemaximum width 51cm, height top seat (centrally) 41cm, total height 88cm, depth of seat 43cm. These appear to be solid mahogany throughout.
A 16th / 17th century vernacular oak six plank coffer, with feathered detailing and on standard end supports, 47cm H x 83cm W x 32cm D (later hinges) (as found)Provenance: Clynog Farmhouse, North Wales CONDITION REPORT: The top of the coffer with an old crack, heavy old worm damage and a gnarled appearance / warped. The hinges are not original and there is a later wood brace to the underside of the lid and two metal braces to one of the internal corners. Some of the pegged joints have later nailed additions. Old losses here and there throughout. The pack panel has an old split and age wear patina to the surface throughout. Despite faults overall appearance ok. (please see extra images)
Giancarlo Piretti - Castelli - DSC Axis 106 - A retro vintage set of 4 Italian dining / office / dining / stacking chairs . The chairs having a brown fabric pad upholstered seat and suspended backrest supported by a polished steel brace with ash grey plastic coated tubular legs a floor leveling feet. mould mark for Castelli to the underside. Measures; 75cm x 53cm x 45cm.
