BRORA 1972 DECANTER AGED 40 YEARSClosed 1983. Brora, Sutherland.Distilled 1972, bottled no. 131 of 160. The oldest bottling of Brora bottled by Diageo to date. The decanter is presented in a beautiful wooden case, an interpretation of the closed Brora distillery, skilfully handcrafted by the Queen's cabinet makers at N.E.J Stevenson Ltd. 700ml, 59.1% volume. CONDITION REPORT: Very good.

A GLASS DECANTER AND STOPPER, of club shape, inscribed "Succefs to Timber Trade" above an oak-tree, the reverse with "AM" initials within an oak-branch cartouche, with three collars to the neck and faceted bull's eye stopper, c.1800, 10.25" high including stopper, base 4.25" dia.
