AN OAK CASED CAMPAIGN STYLE DECANTER SET, early 19th century, containing four six large and six smaller decanters and stoppers, each with gilt fruiting foliage decoration, with a lift out tray with two tumbers, two wine and a port glass also with gilt decoration, in a brass bound lidded oak case, 42cm
A cased Caithness etched glass vase decorated with a deer in landscape by Dennis Mann, 40/50, inscribed "Fallow Deer, M-2375", height 20cm, also a modern boxed glass decanter and stopper with silver band and inscribed "Prestige Golf Tour Winner Pre-Masters 2013" (2). Dennis Mann who engraved the Fallow Deer vase is also responsible for engraving the Mastermind trophies.
***PLEASE NOTE AMENDED DESCRIPTION & ESTIMATE***A German post 1888 silver basket with pierced floral decoration and with swing loop handle and blue glass liner, length 13cm, approx 4.3ozt, a set of five circular pierced napkin rings, two further pairs, and six single napkin rings, also a hallmarked silver collared clear cut glass decanter, height including stopper 24cm (17).
JAMES POWELL & SONS WHITEFRIARS DECANTER - MINERBI SERVICE designed by Harry Powell, the decanter with an ovoid body, with a green trailing design and glass thread around the neck. Also with a similar smaller decanter, both unmarked. 11 1/4ins (28.5cms) high, and 9ins (23cms) high. (2) *The Minerbi Glass Service is named after Count Lionel De Minerbi of Venice. In 1902 at the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative Art in Turin, James Powell & Sons participated and Count Minerbi witnessed the items they were producing. He ordered a full service of Powell glass of around 400 items, which was produced in 1906.
