A Walker & Hall three decanter silver plated tantalus stand. Length 38 cm. CONDITION REPORT: We do have the key for the tantalus and the tilting mechanism operates as it should. The plating to the main body is generally still in very good condition. There are some losses however particularly around the keyhole area and around the extremities of the piece. The plating is more than 95% intact and clearly of good quality. The decanters are all serviceable. One is in extremely good order with only very minor dings to the hobnail cutting. Decanter two has a small fingernail chip to the outer bottom edge of one angle and other small nibbles around the foot rim, there are also nibbles and small dings to the top edge of the hobnail cutting and two small outer edge chips to the top lip. The third decanter has a substantial angle chip to one corner and similar nibbles and losses to the top edge of the hobnail cutting (more so than the other two). As stated they are however all serviceable.
