A late Victorian silver plated three bottle tantalus, with hobnail cut oval decanters, height 32cm.Additional InformationNo, it is produced by Elkington & Co. Stand with general surface wear, and tarnishing throughout, plate is worn in parts and the base metal is showing through, one bottle stopper with large chip/piece missing from the bottom section which has been ground and polished, minor nibbles to the foot rim of each decanter, one example has a large sliver chip to the foot rim also.
B.R.S; a George V cut and faceted glass decanter with hallmarked silver collar, Sheffield 1927, height 25cm, together with a pair of glass posy vases, one with silver hallmarks, etc (6).Additional InformationThe decanter was produced in Sheffield 1927. Decanter with minor chip to the underside of the stopper, the silver dished rim with minor impact dints and general surface wear, top is slightly bent so it is not 100% straight, the main body with minimal wear to base, with tiny chips to foot rim, one candlestick with chip to top rim, the remaining items appear to be in good condition.
