A hallmarked silver collared clear cut glass decanter of cylindrical form with tapering neck and stopper, London 1962, height 28cm, a further smaller example with associated stopper, and a similarly decorated ship's decanter, diameter 18.5cm (3). CONDITION REPORT: The silver collared decanter appears to be in good condition apart from minor surface wear and dirt. The smaller example has areas of minor nibbles and losses to various edges, particularly in the area of hobnail cut decoration, also the associated stopper has got nibbles around it, wear to the base. The ship's decanter appears to be in good condition, no major damage visible apart from mild dirt to the inside.
A green and clear glass decanter of lozenge form with brass mounted neck decorated with circular padlock, height 23.5cm including globular stopper, a set of three similar shot glasses, height 5.5cm and a late 19th/early 20th century oil lamp with blue glass floral painted reservoir, height 28cm including fittings (5).
A 20th century Hungarian ash decanter case with twin brass handles and inlaid lozenge shaped escutcheon, the sloping hinged lid enclosing blue velvet lined interior housing a pair of clear cut glass decanters (one base af), 33 x 23 x 16cm. CONDITION REPORT: One of the decanters has a chip to the edge of the base, both stoppers have tiny nibbles around the edge and some very minor losses to the edge of the decanters. The box itself appears to be in good condition.
