The dimpled globe and shaft form body with applied coloured dabs then acid etched and carved to show a blue butterfly, opal and green berries and ruby wild rose sprays on crystal cameo leaf and thorn stems, the flint ground with panels of various acid etched and cut abstract patterns, the circular foot with an acid etched lunette border and with acid Webb marked to the base. The hollow blown stopper of dimpled square form decorated in the conforming pattern with ruby fuchsias and green leaves, height 30 cm. N.B. Original pattern W2610 as shown has a note "Mr C.W (Charles Webb) requested me to make more of colour as they came out good. (statement initialed)" and has Costs for Woodall vr/- (42/-) and Sale nv/- (84/-).
