Waterford crystal ships decanter, five 'Colleen' pattern iced tea drinking glasses, four champagne, four liquor and one tumbler and a Waterford tankard (16) Condition Report Tankard - light scratches to body. Decanter - Small chip to rim & some scratches/ very small nicks. The stopper has a chip to the end and other small and scratched chips to the faceted handle. Liquor glasses - one foot rim has a small chip and an imperfection to the knop, looks like a scratch. Champagne glasses - one foot chipped. All have some signs of use, generally in good condition. A pair of circa 1830 triple ring-neck ships decanters, each with mushroom stoppers and star-cut bases, h.25cm Condition Report / Extra Information No significant chips or cracks to either decanter of stoppers.Some small nicks to raised edges, mostly towards bases but only apparent on close inspection.
An Old Sheffield Plate twin coaster wine wagon, the coasters each having a gadrooned edge united with fruiting vine leaves, all on turned wagon wheels, 51cm; together with a pair of early Victorian quadruple ring necked mallet decanters and stoppers, Condition Report / Extra Information Stands well.Does not appear bent of misshapen in any way.Some general surface wear (mostly to edges).Wooden bases with general surface wear.One decanter with fingernail chip to underside edge of stopper.
A Thomas Webb and Sons Aesthetic padded cameo crystal decanter, pattern W2610, circa 1891. The dimpled globe and shaft form body with applied coloured dabs then acid etched and carved to show a blue butterfly, opal and green berries and ruby wild rose sprays on crystal cameo leaf and thorn stems, the flint ground with panels of various acid etched and cut abstract patterns, the circular foot with an acid etched lunette border and with acid Webb marked to the base. The hollow blown stopper of dimpled square form decorated in the conforming pattern with ruby fuchsias and green leaves, height 30 cm. N.B. Original pattern W2610 as shown has a note "Mr C.W (Charles Webb) requested me to make more of colour as they came out good. (statement initialed)" and has Costs for Woodall vr/- (42/-) and Sale nv/- (84/-).
A late 19th Century Stourbridge three bottle glass decanter stand, each decanter of slender bottle form cased in green over clear crystal and decorated with slice cutting to the base and neck, supported by a plated stand with spade feet below a trefoil base decorated with a scrolled frieze all below a central squared handle, height 40.5cm.
