There is some minor wear to the marks but each is still clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are some minor dings. There are some minor chips and cracks to the enamel in places.

Archibald Knox for Liberty, a silver and enamel pocket cigarette case, of hip-fitting cushioned rectangular form, decorated with two Celtic knot motif bands each inset with blue green enamelling, internally hallmarked for Birmingham, 19078 x 6.5cmThe enamelling is in good, undamaged condition, but there is some surfcae scratching to the silver. There is also a small pin head size dent to the front edge and the case doesn't close properly. Another minute dent to hinge along back edge.
