An Early Victorian Ormolu Mounted Porcelain Lamp Base, the circular weighted base with tong and dart border, the stem of upswept four-panel form enclosing porcelain core painted with trails of summer flowers with ribbon tied ends, originally an oil lamp base but now converted to electricity, height to fitting 70cm, with modern shade Porcelain has crazed and absorbed some dirt, so this has caused staining and browning.
