A large early 20th century clear glass oil lamp, Messenger's No. 1 Patent Safety, height to top of chimney 95cm.Condition Report: Tarnishing and rubbing to the metal mounts, they were probably silver plated but now mostly rubbed away. Base with polishing to the corners on the upper section of the square step. Glue repaired chip to one corner, other smaller nicks here and there and a larger chip to the undersde of one of the corners on the base. Shade with very slight edge wear but generally ok. Both clips are present to hold the burner section to the reservoire.

A Victorian brass oil lamp with cut glass font and yellow shade, together with a converted brass oil lamp, height of larger 63cm (2). Condition Report: Yellow shade with a few minor and little nicks to the bottom edge otherwide ok. Glass reservoire very dirty inside. Tarnishing and age wear patina to the metal on both lamps throughout. Both in need of a clean. The one lamp is converted to electricity and drilled to the base.The item or items in this lot are sold as decorative works of art only and would need to be rewired and tested on installation by a qualified electrician.

Condition Report: Shade with some small nibbles and chips around the top edge and lesser so to the bottom edge. Reservoire with some light scratches. Metal with age tarnishing and discolouration. A vintage table-top inspection lamp with cast iron base, chrome stem and alloy shade, height 43cm.Condition Report: - This lot is sold for decorative purposes only, you must ensure that testing is completed by a qualified electrician before use.There are some scratches, chrome loss to neck. It is very stiff at the base and moves freely at the top, there is a dent to the rim. We don't know if it works and recommend re-wiring in any case.
