Tiny nicks to rim of shade. Nicks to the edges of the base. The lamp needs rewiring it is not earthed and has approx 6" of two core wire left.

No restoration. There are some areas of tarnishing where the copper can be seen underneath. This is mainly at the joints. See the additional photographs.

Patination and some staining to the surface. The shade needs tightening as it doesn't hold level and needs to be angled fully down or up to stay stable. No repairs. Wire has been cut, would need to be rewired. Polish residue.
