An Edwardian green glass oil lamp, the fluted shade etched with flowerheads and leafy branches, the burner marked British Made, above fluted green reservoir, on pierced tapering cooper coloured base cast with medallions and swags, 57cm high Condition Report: There is a very small oval-shaped surface crack (to frosted ground, lower part of shade) and this may be the remnants of a burst air bubble, there is a surface scratch that runs diagonally across part of the shade, the rims with some typical and very minor chipping/roughness. The green shade has a pleasing iridescence when light shines through it. Some surface wear to brass/gilt finish to metal burner, the British Made dials are stiff and partially functioning. Some wear to base.

A late 19th century brass oil lamp, the urn shaped body with embossed foliate decoration, raised upon unusual tripod lion paw base with female busts mounted to each, with glass shade and funnel, 70cm high Condition Report: There is some minor chipping to the opaque glass shade rims, some wear and deterioation to brass surface overall, more noticeable to shoulder and base. One switch lacking to burner, one still present which functions. The key at the side of the burner also functions (this raises up the pierced gallery supporting the chimney). Some wear overall. Resevoir is ok. Both clips on collar are present.
VICTORIAN ELECTROPLATED OIL LAMP, the Corinthian column base supporting clear faceted glass reservoir, Hinks lever no. 2 wick mechanism, clear funnel and etched floral shade, overall 70cms high Provenance: deceased estate Neath Port Talbot, consigned via our Cardiff officeRegarding the glass shade, there is a mark (see photographs) that goes nearly all the way around the shade, it does look like it has marked the frosted glass. There is no other damage, no chips or cracks.The chimney looks good no damage.The reservoir looks good, no damage and all the metal looks good, no dents or dings.

An assembled group of metal works of art, including: an Edwardian bronze campana vase, 24cm high; a bronze desk standish with twin inkwells, 26cm wide; a copper bed warming pan with turned wood handle, 104cm long; a contemporary wrought iron fire poker and similar tongs, 67cm and 69cm long; and a 20th century brass three-branch ceiling light with vaseline glass shades (one shade damaged), 47cm across, 33cm drop.Condition report: Campana vase: minor/negligible signs of age.Desk standish: minor signs of age and use.Bed warmer: significant signs of age and use throughout.Fire tools: signs of use throughout.Ceiling light: one shade broken at the top with section missing. Surface dulling/patina throughout. Branches a little loose and need tightening. One lamp head has a bulb which appears to be stuck.
