It is in working order and fitted with a 3-prong UK plug. There are some scratches to the shade where it attaches to the metal fitting.PAT test - Failed

PAT NO. 30/35, MADE BY HERBERT TERRY & SONS', 82cm high fully extendedCondition ReportStructurally sound and in working order. The lamp is fitted with a UK three-prong plug socket. Scuffs and loses to the shade commensurate with age and use. There is oxidation, marks, and scratches to the metal. The lot would benefit from a light clean.

The white shade has been reglued to the body of the acrylic and chrome ring. There are also minor surface scratches to the cognac acrylic sections. Some minor wear to the frame.
