(15.2 x 10.8 x 3.5cm.). (5) * Condition: No engraved initials to any of the pens. - Aqua fountain pen: Slight rubbing to halmarks but clearly legible. Gold is free from any dings. Light scratching from use and small scratches to plastic end caps. Aqua coloured nib section has a patch of damage to the surface of the plastic behind the nib - there is a small blue ink stain above this, so may have been an old attempt to remove staining. Old caked ink around nib. - Maroon fountain pen: Good condition. No damage to gold. Plastic section good with just light scratching from use. Old caked red ink around nib. - Ballpoint: Good condition with no faults. - Pencil: Small ding to barrel. Otherwise good. - Amethyst box: Several natural cracks to the stone. No chips or losses. The dream-stalking Freddy wore his signature fedora throughout the film, while battling infamous serial killer Jason Vorhees (Ken Kirzinger). This hat originally came from a New Line Cinema Studio auction. Made of brown felt, the fedora (marked as size 6 7/8) is manufactured by Edie's Hats of Vancouver. Adhered to its leather sweatband is a strip of masking tape, on which the text "stmd, sndd, edge scraped" and "cut 7 1/8" are handwritten in black marker and black ballpoint pen, respectively. The hat features intentional distressing, including a number of small nicks and cuts, to imply it has been damaged by Krueger's iconic bladed glove. Lee regularly drew pictures to motivate and express himself, often jotting down diagrams of concepts that inspired him. Rendered in black ballpoint pen, the drawing shows two warriors performing defensive and offensive forms from Northern Shaolin kung fu, respectively; forms Lee planned to incorporate into a future movie. The illustration displays the name "George" referring to George Lee, Bruce Lee's close friend and training partner, and is also signed "Bruce Lee Siu Loong", meaning "Bruce Lee, The Little Dragon" - a nickname used by his fans in Hong Kong. Lee has also drawn a dragon head in the bottom-right corner. The paper has become discoloured over time and there is a tiny hole above the dragon head. This rare drawing is one of the very few of Lee's to feature the phrase "The Tao of Jeet Kune", which eventually evolved into the revolutionary martial arts style Jeet Kune Do. Lee conceived Jeet Kune Do in 1965, as a hybrid martial art which teaches fighters to respond instinctively without following a fixed pattern or style. Rendered in red marker and black ballpoint pen, the diagram shows two pairs of figures with halos and directional arrows added to illustrate key disciplines, including the direction of energy and placement of certain parts of the body. Displaying only minor creasing, the drawing is accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by the family of Lee's close friend and training partner, George Lee.
