Autograph on plain paper, [December 1967], slight shadowing to initial ‘P’ presumably from starting the ink flow in the ballpoint pen used, paper size 11 x 14cm, light fold marks, together with a small contemporary autograph album containing a handful of authographs of Kenneth Horne, Kenneth Williams, Alan Bates (adhesion marks to paper edges), Sybil Thorndike (loose piece of paper) and Hugh Paddick, contemp. boards, some wear, small square 8vo. The recipient of these autographs worked at L & H Nathan, theatrical costumiers in Drury Lane. It was while working here that the owner was able to obtain the in-person autograph from Paul McCartney in 1967. (2)
