A carriage clock, with alarm, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, fitted a movement striking on a bell, in a four pillar brass case, 14 cm high (over handle), with associated travelling case Condition report Report by NGThe travelling case is well worn with the leather having scuff marks and losses all over, and the viewing panel looks like a replacement item as there is no leather facing to it. The carriage clock: the dial has some discolouration to the lower left hand corner otherwise the dial would appear generally in good condition. The glass side panels are also good with no chips or cracks. The gilt case is worn all over especially on the top plate. The movement would appear complete but is dirty and would benefit from being cleaned and serviced, and its working condition is not guaranteed or implied.
