A 12 bore percussion sporting gun by Charles Jones No 330, the Damascus twist barrel having concave top rib signed " Charles Jones, 26 St James Street, London, Gunmaker to HRH Price Albert" and breeches with platinum vent plugs. The broad trigger plate engraved "Charles Jones Patent water proof locks with concentric tears and triggers", trigger guard bow engraved with games scenes all retaining charcoal blueing to guard, bow and butt plate with extended tang mounted to a walnut chequered stock. Complete with correct brass bound mahogany case with ring handle fully fitted with two leather covered James Dixon shot flasks, main spring clamp, ebony nipple key with pricker, two wad punches, cleaning rods and full tin of Walkers Anti-corrosive caps.
