Sturdy and structurally sound. Wear to the finish on top edge of lower drop-fronts. Very light surface wear to the top. One reglued chip to the right side back edge. The lower drop-fronts are stiff; lower right internal drawer needs regluing/repair. Small chips and abrasions to the front of the legs.
