A Continental Hanau silver trinket box late 19th / early 20th century, oval form, the lid decorated with repousse scene of a boar hunt, the spearsman about to deliver the final blow as a pack of hounds attack the creature, hunt scenes to circumference of box, gilt interior, 6½ x 5in. (16.5 x 12.6cm.), weight 12.3 tr.oz.
