FOUR VICTORIAN MOTHER OF PEARL DECORATED ITEMS COMPRISING TWO CIGAR CASES, A TRINKET BOX AND A CASE OF SEWING ACCESSORIES, the largest cigar case with tortoiseshell veneered top, bottom and sides, height 13cm, the smaller with bands of abalone inlay, height 12.3cm, the trinket box with blue silk button back lining and containing three buttons, on four flattened bun feet, width 13cm x depth 7.6cm and the box of sewing accessories with blue velvet and silk lined interior, incomplete and matched contents, including thimble, crochet hooks, etc, width 14cm, together with a bag of loose mother of pearl veneer, some of which belongs to the sewing box (5) (Condition report: large cigar case has a wobbly hinge and a small amount of loss around the hinge and also losses to the cover around the latch, the smaller case has losses to the bottom edge, the trinket box lid doesn't close flush, glued repairs to the feet and the sewing box has veneer loss around the top edge, some of which is loose, one hinge is broken and two sections of veneer are missing on the back edge, thimble is cracked)
