A Mintons blue Aesthetic design charger, decorated in the Japanese taste with panels of birds, bamboo and butterflies on a turquoise ground, with impressed marks to the base, together with two Limoges blush ware decorated cabinet plates with gilt highlights, a Limoges square trinket dish marked "1733" to base and a sang de boeuf ground jug, the handle formed as a dragon CONDITION REPORTS The Mintons aesthetic blue charger has numerous surface scratches, crazing, accretions and build up of dirt. There is also on the base a chip, there is also wear on the edges of the plate. General wear and tear commensurate with age. The Limoge square trinket dish has numerous surface scratches, the gilt is worn. There is also repair on one side of the dish, which has been glued back together. See pictures for details. There is large crack to one corner the side of the dish which has been repaird as well. The two Limoge blush ware plates show numerous surface scratches, a lot of wear to the gilt on one of the dishes and wear to the gilt on the other. Build up of dirt and accretions on both plates. The sang de boeuf ground jug has numerous surface scratches, small chip to the base, the handle formed as a dragon has a crack going from just behind the top of the foreleg, all the way down to the back of the hind leg, there is also a crack across the spine of the draggon and also a crack to the base of the tail that goes around. See photos for details. All items show general wear and tear commensurate with age. The height of the sang de boeuf is 26cms approximately, the diameter of the Mintons blue charger is 39.5 cms approximately, the height of the charger is approximately 4.5cms. The Limoges square trinket dish is 13cms in diameter approximately. The limoges plates are both approximately 21.5cms.
A Herend porcelain Seated Bear in green, together with a Royal Crown Derby Mandarin Duck, a Royal Crown Derby oval trinket box, Royal Crown Derby plate, similar japanned dish, a modern Limoges pineapple porcelain trinket box and a glass scent bottle (6) CONDITION REPORTS The Herend porcelain bear shows light surface scratches and build up of dirt in some areas. The Royal Crown Derby mandarin duck shows light surface scratches, some areas of gilt are faded, build up of dirt and accretions in areas. Glass scent bottle has light surface scratches on the base and some accretions. The modern Limoges pineapple porcelain trinket box has light scratches across the suface and general wear and tear on the base. There is also a loss in the glaze on the top of the pineapple. Surface scratches etc . Crown Derby trinket box and dish. They both have surface scratches, build up of dirt, accretions and what appears to be glue on the underside of the box and build up of dirt on the underside of the dish. Fading to some parts of the gilt work, general wear and tear on all items commensurate with age.
MOORCROFT; a tubeline decorated 'Dozing Dormouse' pattern trinket box by Vicky Lovatt, numbered 13, impressed marks to base, dated 2014, diameter 11cm and a 'Brittany Strawberries' pattern dish, both with boxes (2). CONDITION REPORT: Flaw/scratch to lid rim, areas of rubbing and small losses to glaze where lid and body meet, otherwise light surface wear and usual manufacturing imperfections.
A Herend porcelain part tea set, a shaped oval tray, various trinket boxes including egg shaped example, etc. CONDITION REPORT: Height of teapot approx 12cm with cover, cover has chip, trumpet vase has small chip to rim, height 10cm, dish length approx 40cm, otherwise general surface wear including abrasions to surface, rubbing to decoration etc, various different numbers to bases, the majority of a matching or two very similar green floral patterns, blue 'Herend Hungary Handpainted' marks, cannot say whether it has been used, or whether purchased together or at different times. An Elizabeth II hallmarked silver Hat Pin Society commemorative hat pin modelled as a hat decorated with bow and lily pads, maker DB, Birmingham 1985, with protector, length 16cm, in original box, and a further gilt base metal commemorative example with oval plaque, 1977-1998, also a rectangular velvet lined trinket box/pin and hat pin cushion in white metal frame (3).
An Edward VII hallmarked silver twin handled oval dish with foliate scroll rim, maker's mark rubbed, London 1901, length 15.5cm, and a silver oval trinket box (af), combined approx 4.4ozt (2). CONDITION REPORT: The trinket dish has three holes to the top which may or may not have been intentional in manufacture, but the hinge is sprung and so the lid does not close properly, the hallmark is almost completely rubbed, otherwise general wear commensurate with age throughout both items.
