An Edwardian silver long rectangular glove or trinket box by Mappin & Webb, London 1909, plain with a scroll and foliate border to the cover, later green velvet lined, 34cm (13 1/2in) long, loadedCondition Report: There is a tiny split along on of the soldered corners at the base, which looks like it may have had a bit of a pull. There is a dent to the right back corner of the lid, and another deeper dent to the back left corner which goes up towards the top of the lid. The lid closes well, and the hinges are in good working order. There is a very slight curve to the bottom front panel of the box, which is only noticeable when the lid is closed and comparing the two sections. Condition Report Disclaimer
