An H & R Daniel part tea service, early 19th century circa 1830, comprising a teapot and cover (see Miller & Berthoud plates 1791/1792), eight teacups and four coffee cups in the 'First Gadroon' shape (see Berthoud plates 553/555), sixteen saucers, a sucrier and cover and five tea plates, each piece with jade green body, the teapot, sucrier, plates and saucers with florally enamelled reserves against a white ground, the cups jade to the exterior and florally enamelled against white to the interior (35) (at fault) Condition report: Most pieces show damage such as hairline cracks, chips to the enamel and rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout (see photos). No signs of restoration.

A rare suite of 18th century Worcester porcelain, possibly painted by James Giles, including a cream jug, tea caddy, sucrier, coffee can and teacup, decorated with a floral pattern in purple and blue enamels and gilt.This collection was featured on Antiques Roadshow with the specialist David Batty who proposed an attribution to James Giles during a visit to Colchester recorded in 1993, shown 1994The sucrier cover has a staple repair to the finial, and some nibbles to the rim of the finial. The lid of the caddy has a tiny loss an applied leaf. There is some minor git wear commensurate with age and use. Otherwise in good condition.
