A Wedgwood coffee service for six - blue and white decorated with bucolic scenes, comprising six cups and saucers, coffee pot, sucrier and milk jug.

MINTONS CABARET TEA SERVICE FOR TWO, LATE 19TH CENTURY reatiled by John Mortlock of London, comprising a tray, two cups and saucers, lidded sugar jar, cream jug and tea pot, each in turquoise with bands of roses and other flowers within gilt, the tray with an oval reserve depicting two putti tray 45cm long Each piece subject to age related wear including gilt rub, and manufacturing flaws including crazing throughout. One cup and saucer ring true, both apparently uncrazed - saucer requires clean. The other cup has a hairline to base, the other saucer has a dull ring - likely has a hairline - it is slightly more difficult to identify this hairline, though both are apparently less crazed and would require cleaning. Teapot (more crude gilding and firing cracks behind upper handle joints), sucrier, and cream appear undamaged (perhpas with minor nibbles to finials of teapot & sucrier) - both sucrier and cream with craze network.  Substantial rivet restoration to tray, with chips to paintwork and glue residue, also with damage to one handle and crazing throughout. A Coalport cabaret service, circa 1835, comprising teapot and cover, cream jug and twin-handled sucrier, with a tray, pattern 3/180, mock sevres-style mark, tray 40cm wide (crack to foot of tray)Condition:Tray - there is a firing crack to the base, which has extended into a hairline. There is also a small nibble on the edge of the foot.Sucrier - there is a firing crack around the finial on the cover.The teapot and sucrier both have crazing to the glaze with some very slight yellowing.The end of the teapot spout is restored.Interestingly, the cream jug and tray have green decoration under the glaze, but the teapot and sucrier have decoration over the glaze, in a slightly lighter shade of green. In our opinion, both types are Coalport. The overglaze pieces have some scratches to the green ground.

One cup with a small upper inner rim chip, another with a 0.4mm long hairline descending from the rim. Saucers with some patches of wear to the gilded inner ring. Some pieces crazed.Tray badly cracked.

The cream jug is cracked, the teapot has one hairline visible along one of the mould lines. Some slight tarnishing to mounts and crazing to the interior and base of the teapot. The similar taller jug with the wicker handle by Cauldon has some tarnishing to the mount.The hinged cigar box has yellow stains to the full interior and yellow spots to the exterior, alongside some areas of crazing.The gilt and white tea service has some crazing throughout but it is it quite closely packed and not too obvious. This service has no damages or repairs.The gilt and white basket is undamaged.The ice well jug is in good condition with just a few scratches to the cover and a few spots of brown tarnishing around the rim.
